Privacy Policy
Sparky ("we", "us") is a game for couples. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our approach is simple: collect little, protect it, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Account: when you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you allow it, your name. We use your name only to show your partner who they're paired with.
- Your answers: the choices and predictions you make in rounds. These are stored so we can compute your Sync Score and show your reveal.
- Pairing: the link between you and your partner's account.
- Purchases: if you subscribe, our payments partner records that a subscription is active. We never see or store your card details — Apple handles all billing.
How your answers stay private
Your answers to a round are hidden from your partner until you have both answered — this is enforced on our servers, not just in the app. Sparky is designed so neither partner can see the other's answers early.
Who we share data with
We use trusted providers purely to run the app: Apple (sign-in and billing), Supabase (secure database hosting), and RevenueCat (subscription management). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your pairing, and all your rounds from our systems. You may also email us and we'll do it for you.
Children
Sparky is intended for adults in relationships and is not directed at anyone under 17.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
