By using Sparky you agree to these terms. Please read them.
Using Sparky
Sparky is a game for two people in a relationship. You must be at least 17 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Use Sparky respectfully — don't misuse it, attempt to break its security, or use it to harm others.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account. Sign in is handled by Apple; keep your Apple ID secure. You can delete your account any time in the app.
Subscriptions & billing
- Sparky offers an optional paid subscription (Sparky Premium). Free features remain available without paying.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. A subscription unlocks premium features for both partners in a pairing.
- Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Your content
Your answers belong to you. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to provide the game (computing scores, showing reveals). We don't sell them or use them for advertising.
Availability
We work to keep Sparky running but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and note significant changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
